Wow, what an amazing day we had at Chailey Heritage Focus 10K 2023!
We were thrilled to be a part of this fantastic event, bringing our circus exploration area to add an extra touch of excitement. Despite the gloomy weather and challenging conditions, the enthusiasm and determination of over 450 runners created an electric atmosphere, and we were thrilled to be a part of the special day.
A special shout-out goes to Allison Ferns for her fantastic commentary, and of course, the remarkable volunteers who selflessly dedicated their time and energy to make this event a success. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes out to all the individuals and businesses who generously donated race and raffle prizes, contributing to the funds raised for the cherished on-site therapy farm, Patchwork Farm.
A Circus Extravaganza: The race village was buzzing with excitement, and we were thrilled to be a part of it. Lily with Circus Brighton brought the magic of circus skills to the event, offering a mesmerizing circus freeplay area. We were truly delighted to be a part of such an extraordinary event.
Making a Difference: By participating in the Focus 10K, everyone made a significant impact in the lives of the young people at Chailey Heritage Foundation through their amazing Patchwork Farm. The therapy farm offers unique learning experiences and a calming outdoor space for young individuals to connect with a variety of animals, fostering confidence, language development, and communication skills. Everyone's support truly makes a difference, and we couldn't be more honoured to be a part of this incredible event.
